Enjoy a captivating local market experience and master Thai cuisine’s unique four flavour balance as you learn to cook a series of authentic dishes. Dine on your creations for lunch and enjoy the option of adding a fruit and vegetable carving class. Leave with wonderful memories and impressive new skills to entertain family and friends.
|8:30 am||Meet in the lobby and travel to the Mina Fish and Vegetable Market,
where your Master Chef will pick up the fresh vegetables, seafood,
spices and herbs for your cooking class and offer tips and pointers
for choosing the freshest, tastiest ingredients.
|On the way back to the hotel, your Master Chef will give a brief introduction to the
key ingredients and how they are used to develop Thai cuisine’s characteristic tastes.
|11:00 am||Your Master Chef will talk you through the dishes that you are about to cook,
the techniques and the equipment you will use during cooking process.
|10:30 am||It’s your turn to put theory into practice in a step-by-step cooking class.|
|1:30 pm||Savour your own creations for lunch.|
|2:30 pm||Time for Certificates of Achievement to be handed out
by your Master Chef after a successful class.
